COVID-19 PUBLIC NOTICE

CENTRE RE-OPENING

In line with Government guidance, we are pleased to re-open the wider shopping centre from 12th April and welcome our shoppers back.

Our top priority is to provide a safe and secure shopping environment for our shoppers and retailers, and we are continually working alongside our retailers on-site to deliver this.

The full re-opening of the centre will be gradual and not all our retailers will be open immediately. Those that are open may be operate with reduced opening hours.

OUR NEW SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

Some of our health and safety measures at the centre include:

Implementing social distancing measures to ensure your safety with signage throughout the centre.

Compulsory face covering – It is important that we all respect one another and remember that the reasons for not wearing a face covering may not always be visible.

RETAIL

Individual stores will manage their own trading hours, phased entry process and socially distanced in-store experience.

A number of our retailers are limiting the handling of products and encouraging contactless payments where possible. Please check the social media channels and websites of our retailers for further details.
